Usually no — every package price and add-on is shown up-front and the total updates automatically as you build your booking.

A $200 deposit secures your slot. The balance is due on completion by card or bank transfer, and a tax invoice/receipt is emailed to you straight after. No hidden fees — what you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.

Yes. Changes are free up to 5 days before your appointment — just call or text and we'll move you. We'll always work with you to find a new slot rather than lose the booking.

We'll reschedule at no charge. Weather reschedules are always free.
